Alex Smith and the Projector. FROM THE ARCHIVES—Originally published in 2018

 

Photographer and friend of DNO, Alex Smith, submitted this sublime, self-directed series of portraits using a projector. This experimental process involved projecting images onto his subjects and making photographs with film.
